Disability Resources supported living program enables individuals with intellectual and similar disabilities to live the life they want by providing assistance with 1-on-1 individualized services in case management, representative payee services, meal planning, shopping, home management, personal care, medical appointments, and medication assistance.
How It Works
Disability Resources supports individuals with a large range of intellectual disabilities and support needs. Our highly educated and specialized team work together to create a customized plan to support the needs of the individual's wants and needs.
We match the individual with a support staff that will help to provide basic personal support services.
